Theme: Curiosity

  • What’s something you’re curious about right now, and why?

  • When has curiosity led you somewhere unexpected?

  • If you could instantly understand one mystery of the universe, what would it be?

  • Write about the beauty of not knowing.

  • What questions live in your body?

Theme: Pleasure

  • Reminisce on pleasures so small they could easily be overlooked, but that you treasure.

  • What kinds of pleasures have you recently desired, and why?

  • Explore the tension between wanting and waiting—what happens before anything happens?
Write about the satisfaction of petty revenge, and savor it like a fine wine.

  • Describe the rush of taking up space unapologetically—physically, emotionally, or socially.

Theme: Wild Card

  • Write about your relationship with chance: do you chase it, fear it, avoid it, or invite it?

  • What could happen if you followed your wildest impulse or idea with no hesitation?

  • Imagine yourself as a wild animal—what are you, how do you live, and what does freedom look like from your perspective?

  • Describe what it feels like to stand on the edge of a choice you know could change everything.

Theme: Transitions

  • As the season begins to shift, do you feel called to move with it—or to hold still?

  • How does it feel to step into a truer version of yourself?

  • Visualize yourself transitioning into your dream life—what does that look and feel like?

  • Transitions can be difficult, and sometimes we resist them. Write about a time you resisted change and how that resistance shaped your experience.

Theme: Closets

  • Skeletons - What parts of your past haunt you? Do your skeletons stay trapped or come out to play?

  • Made of Glass - The glass closet shields and betrays—hiding parts of you, yet never fully. Write about what others glimpse through it and the gap between what is seen and what is true.

  • Cleaning Out - Sometimes the hardest part of cleaning out a closet is deciding what no longer belongs to you. Write about the moment of release. What new space might open if you let go?

  • Coming Out - Coming out is not a single step, but a journey. What doors have you opened along the way, and which ones still wait for you? Write about the ways you continue to unfold beyond the closet.

Theme: Pages Turned & Lessons Learned

  • What is one lesson that has reshaped the way you see yourself or the world?

  • How does it feel to step out of a story you no longer want to live in?

  • Are there lessons that keep returning to you, asking to be relearned?

  • You are the author of your own story. How would you describe the chapter you’re writing right now?

  • What wisdom do you want to carry forward into your next chapter—and what do you want to leave behind?
